Join this group if you have a heart for physical activity in God's wonderful creation. Get to know other riders and form friendships while chatting on the climbs and sharing in the fun on trails and downhills. We will meet at the Stanmer Park Car Park next to the church in Stanmer village at 9:15 for a prompt 9:30 start. There is a maps link to the car park below. Dates for this term are: - 16th Sept - 7th October (Wiggle "Downs Dash" event) - 11th November - 9th December Each ride will last around 90 mins (except the Wiggle ride) and we'll finish at the Stanmer Tea rooms for much deserved cups of tea, cake, fellowship and discussion until 12:00 noon. Please note: Mountain Biking is a potentially dangerous sport. You ride at your own risk and we ask you to be sensible, ride with care and within your abilities. Some important information about the rides: - It's a mountain bike ride (cross country and trail riding) followed by fellowship in a cafe. - You have to bring a suitable bike for off-road riding and a helmet (I'm afraid we won't let you ride without a helmet). - It's fun - we're doing it for the joy of it and as a social thing. - It's most enjoyable for riders with an intermediate skill and fitness level. There will be hills and technical terrain. - It's open for invitation. Bring yer mates.

Brighton
