Tackling Anxiety Together

 

Whether you have battled with your mental health in the past or found yourself struggling for the first time in recent weeks, we understand the challenge of the present circumstances. The Tackling Anxiety Together course is a chance to join other people with similar experiences online to talk through these issues and support one another.

The online course runs across six sessions and involves topics such as:

● Understanding anxiety

● Challenging habitual negative thought patterns 

● Helping our well being

All of these are aimed at giving you the opportunity to discuss your thoughts and feelings with a small group. We would love you to join us on Zoom every week from Monday 29th June. There’s no pressure to share and no charge. 

Tackling Anxiety Together online starts on 29th June and runs every Monday from 7.30 to 9pm.
