Ger Jones is recognised as one of the world’s most effective Alpha practitioners. At Vintage Church in Los Angeles, his team regularly sees 500–600 people on Alpha each season. But it didn’t start that way – early attempts failed. Ger and his team went back to the drawing board, reimagining Alpha for a post-Christian city. The result has been a thriving, Spirit-led movement of evangelism.

We’re inviting Alpha leaders and their teams to this Alpha masterclass hosted by St Peter’s Brighton, designed to reimagine Alpha for our cultural moment and reignite its evangelistic potential in every local church.
