Leadership Development Year 2025/26
What is LDY?
“…to equip people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up…”-
Ephesians 4:12
“The Leadership Development Year (LDY) is a development, formation and ministry placement programme from St Peter’s Church and Family of Churches. LDY is an eleven month programme offering a season of learning and formation in community, we believe it will equip you for a lifetime of discipleship, mission, and ministry. With a blend of engaging biblical and leadership teaching, deep-rooted relationships, and a rhythm of worship and prayer, LDY creates space for God to shape you, with everything we do grounded in the life and mission of the Church.” – Senior Pastors, Dan and Kate
