Tackling Anxiety Together
Mental Health affects us all at some point in our lives, for good or for bad.
The Tackling Anxiety Together course gives you a chance to join others with similar experiences, to talk through the issues and support each other.
How it works
If you find worry or anxiety becoming a problem in your life this course might be helpful for you. We look at tips to tackle the worrying habitual thoughts, as well as exploring what the Bible and God have to say about this topic. We will also hear stories from people on the team who are moving out of anxious thought patterns. We’re here to support, to help and to listen. Please note that this course is not run by health care professionals, but a group of people who have experienced anxiety themselves and are moving away from it.
The course will take place on Monday evenings between 7.30 & 9pm and will be held Online via Zoom. The course is not suitable for under-18s.
