Fundraise for St Peter’s
Help transform lives, strengthen community, and protect our historic church for generations to come.
There are so many ways you can make a difference. Whether you choose to support a specific project or fundraise for the whole church, your generosity has real impact.
What Your Fundraising Could Support
Safehaven
Every week, Safehaven provides over 200 hot meals for people facing homelessness or difficult circumstances.
Sharing food creates dignity, connection and hope.
£4.50 covers the cost of one meal.
Alpha
Our Alpha courses give around 100 people each term a place to explore faith, purpose and life’s biggest questions. Every session begins with food and conversation, then a chance to dicuss a topic around each week.
The cost to put a person through the course is around £100 per guest – which includes course materials, food and overheads.
Our Building
Standing for more than 200 years, St Peter’s is a landmark of comfort and community.
As a Grade II* listed building, it needs ongoing care, restoration, and sustainable upgrades.
Heating alone costs £65 per day (around £2,000 per month) — even as we work hard to reduce our environmental impact.
