The Tackling Depression Together Course is a chance to meet with others sharing the same experiences, to talk through the issues and support each other.
How it works
The online course runs across six sessions and covers topics including:
- The causes and symptoms of depression
- Ways of tackling depression
- Helping our well being
Each week gives you the chance to discuss your thoughts and feelings with a small group. There’s no pressure to share.
